Our socks are a one size fits most, designed to comfortably fit a wide range of foot sizes.

What materials are Aurae Eleven socks made from?
Our socks are made from a soft, breathable blend of combed cotton, polyester, and spandex for comfort, stretch, and durability.

Are the socks suitable for all types of workouts?
Yes! Our grip socks are intentionally designed for Pilates, yoga, barre, and everyday. Made to support your practice and carry you beyond the studio, coffee runs and everything in between.

Are the socks non-slip?
Yes! Our socks feature silicone grips on the sole to help keep you stable and supported through every movement.

How should I wash my Aurae Eleven socks?
Wash inside out at 30°C or below with similar colours. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, dry cleaning, and ironing to keep your socks looking their best.

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Express: 1–2 business days
Standard: 2–4 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We’re hoping to expand internationally in the future - stay tuned!

What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.
